Celebrate Día de los Muertos with Carmina Escobar and Clockshop.

Over the course of the evening, we will build a communal altar at the Bowtie Project. Bring objects of remembrance and offering — photographs of loved ones*, seeds, flowers, sweets, water, rocks, etc. — to place on the altar.

The following day, Escobar will curate a processional of performances that will take place along the length of the Bowtie, including at our altar. These performances will help us celebrate the living and remember the dead.

*Please do not leave irreplaceable heirlooms on the altar. Bring photocopies rather than original prints.
