Clockshop eelebrated Día de los Muertos with Carmina Escobar and Clockshop.

Over the course of the evening, we built a communal altar at the Bowtie Project. Guests brought objects of remembrance and offering — photographs of loved ones*, seeds, flowers, sweets, water, rocks, etc. — and placed them on the altar.

The following day, Escobar curated a processional of performances that took place along the length of the Bowtie, including at our altar. These performances helped us celebrate the living and remember the dead.
