The kite festival serves as a space for society to come together in what can often feel like an individualistic city. Seeing the number of people here, it’s clear how much Angelenos crave moments where they can acknowledge each other in a more intimate way. At a multigenerational event like this, we can all learn from each other, make new friendships, and enjoy watching children run around, creating core memories.
