Save the date for the Summer Somos NELA Block Party on Friday, August 21, from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM at Clockshop. The Somos NELA Night Market is a family-friendly and community-centered market led by local nonprofit LA Más. Join and support over 40+ Northeast LA vendors selling a variety of foods, crafts, drinks, plants, savory and sweet treats, and much more!

Clockshop is proud to continue our longstanding partnership and support of the Somos NELA Night Market by curating the live-music performance program. Stop by and enjoy performances by Danza Divina de Los Angeles, an intergenerational Aztec dance troupe, Dorian Wood, and El Rio.

Entry to this family-friendly event is free! No RSVP required.

Dorian Wood’s performance is a collaboration with Irresistible Resistance, a series of cultural activations spearheaded by curator Ed Patuto, whose goal is to bring customers to local businesses who have been struggling economically as a result of the raids by US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Parking and Arrival

• By car: There is street parking surrounding the building. If you are driving, we recommend searching for parking on Clearwater St, Fruitdale St, and Gilroy St. Please be mindful of two-hour parking on Ripple Street. We always recommend carpooling or ridesharing as parking availability can be impacted by neighbors like Salazar and Zebulon.
• By bus: There are two bus stops nearby: 603 on Fletcher/Ripple and 182 on Fletcher/Crystal.
• By bike: You are welcome to bring in your bike for safekeeping.

Clockshop’s courtyard and building are wheelchair accessible.

Restrooms
There are two all-gender, single-stall restrooms on-site.
