Bowtie Project
2780 W Casitas Ave
Los Angeles, CA
For this installation, Harrod wove paracord—a material commonly used to mark a path on a trail or to make friendship bracelets—onto the Bowtie’s abandoned transmission tower to encapsulate and honor the multiple realities and temporalities of the site.
There will be an optional walking tour of the Bowtie at 4:15, featuring brief remarks by Harrod.
