An update from Clockshop.
“Creativity requires a state of grace. So many things are required for it to succeed.”
March 17, 2020
Dear Clockshop friends,
We hope that you are staying healthy, safe, and calm in these difficult times. If you were able to attend our Spring Forward benefit last week, thank you for supporting us.
As Magda Szabó, the great Hungarian writer wrote, creativity requires grace. What we are all going through right now will also require patience, generosity, humor, discomfort, and most of all, hope. Although our programs will be suspended for the next 6-8 weeks at a minimum, we are here working together (remotely!), thinking, writing, planning, scheming, and developing ideas with our Clockshop family and extended community. We will be doing some form of online programming over the next couple of months and look forward to sharing it with you.
We urge all of you to stay home, practice social distancing, and keep your loved ones safe and protected. We look forward to being together around our campfire at the Bowtie in the nearest future.
Love,
Clockshop
